From Theory to End Product: NCAD factory visit with Sturdy Products
Last week we were thrilled to welcome students from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, to our European production facilities in Blessington Co. Wicklow. Part of NCAD’s Product Design course, the group were taking part in a series of site visits to gain valuable hands-on insights into different kinds of manufacturing design processes at the Industrial and Commercial level.
As part of their visit to learn about the design and production of rotationally moulded products, they were given presentations by our Production and Research & Development Departments, followed by a guided tour of our production facilities.
As one of Ireland and the UK’s leading manufacturers of rotationally moulded products, we were honoured to be a part of the group’s journey towards Product Design and Engineering.
